With the help of practice, I discovered a new way of being in life, because practice goes far beyond getting on the mat, as well as the inclusion and union of my various bodies: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual!
I will always be a student in this school that is Life and I believe that each individual has a fundamental role in this process of growth of the Whole, trying to do my part.
My classes are a reflection of this, sharing experiences, trying to ensure that each student in their own time can follow their own path of self-knowledge, self-love and reflection!
Namaste 🙏

Rita Moura
My first contact with yoga happened in 2017, through the practice of Hatha Yoga. Over the years I have explored different styles and, from this diversity, the way I conduct my classes today was born: a harmonious practice that combines fluid sequences coordinated with breathing, but also with deeper holds in certain postures.
I believe that stability and firmness only arise when we allow ourselves to remain and breathe consciously, finding comfort in time and presence in the body. Therefore, my classes invite a balance between meditative movement and grounding, proposing a space where each person can discover freedom, mindfulness and connect with the present moment.
Namaste 🙏

Natália Elian
Born in Rio de Janeiro, I began my yoga journey in 2001 at the Ananda Marga school in Copacabana. I am trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga using the B.K.S. Iyengar method, having studied with teachers Kalidas Nuklen and Katia da Costa, both certified by RIMYI (India).
I have been teaching since 2002 and remain dedicated to the spiritual path of yoga, respecting ancestry and conscious practice. I have lived in Porto since 2019, where I work in the local community leading workshops, courses, training sessions, and experiences.
In addition to Traditional Hatha Yoga, I specialize in Workplace Yoga, Yoga for Children (5-14 years old), and Yoga for Pregnant Women.
I deeply believe in the transformative power of yoga and human relationships. Yoga is my purpose and my way of serving—a path that heals, inspires, and strengthens me every day.
Namaste 🙏
